Our Mission
When FSBOHub sellers save thousands on their home sale, some of that equity flows back into the community. We believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
Tiny Home Communities
We build affordable tiny home communities for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness or housing instability.
Trade Training Programs
We fund hands-on trade apprenticeships in construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC — skills that lead to living-wage careers.
Community Ownership
Residents of our tiny home communities earn equity over time, creating a pathway to true homeownership and financial stability.

A portion of every vendor and agent subscription fee goes directly to the nonprofit fund
Previous FSBOHub sellers are invited to donate a small portion of their equity savings
Corporate partners contribute to the fund as part of their partnership agreement
100% of donations go to tiny home construction and trade training — zero administrative overhead from donor funds
